Who Plays At Snapdragon

San Diego State Aztecs Football — Snapdragon is the SDSU Aztecs official football stadium. The stadium is on the campus of San Diego State University in Mission Valley. The Aztecs NCAA football season home games run from August through December.

San Diego Wave FC Soccer — The San Diego Wave women’s soccer team, one of the most popular in the NWSL calls Bashor Field at Snapdragon Stadium their home pitch since their inception in 2022. The Wave play at Snapdragon from March through November.

San Diego FC Soccer — The hype is already steaming for the arrival of the new MLS expansion team, San Diego FC, to begin play at Snapdragon in 2025. The MLS season runs February through October with the postseason playoffs and championship extending into December.

San Diego Legion Rugby — Rugby has a home in San Diego and it is at Snapdragon. The local squad of the MLR, the Legion made a deal in 2023 to play home rugby matches on the field at Snapdragon Stadium for up to ten years. The season runs from February to August.
