Important Details

Water Bottles Policy

Water bottles (factory sealed or empty refillable up to 32 oz) are generally allowed for sporting events. The water inside must be unfrozen — frozen bottles will not be permitted through security. Concerts may prohibit water bottles entirely. Always check your specific event page before arriving. Read complete water bottle policy →

Diaper Bags

Items needed to care for a baby — including the bag itself — are permitted at the security supervisor’s discretion. All items are subject to search. When in doubt, contact Guest Services before your visit. See the full family guide →

Service Animals vs. Emotional Support Animals

Trained service animals that perform a specific task for a person with a disability are welcome at Snapdragon Stadium. Emotional Support Animals (ESAs) are not considered service animals under stadium policy and will not be permitted entry. This is a frequent point of confusion at the gates — please plan accordingly.

Outside Food

You are not allowed to bring in your own food or snacks from outside the stadium. Exceptions: medical requirements or special needs. Contact Guest Services in advance to arrange clearance. Food allergy & medical exemption guide →

Marijuana & Medical Marijuana

All marijuana and cannabis products — including those for medical use — are prohibited inside Snapdragon Stadium. California law does not override stadium policy on this. Leave it at home.

Bag Policy

Only clear bags (12“×6“×12” max) or small clutches (4.5“×6.5”) are permitted. View complete bag policy →
