Snapdragon Stadium is fully compliant with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), and promises to make every guest’s experience enjoyable and accessible. Below, you’ll find helpful information about accessibility services and accommodations at the stadium.

Accessible Parking & Entry

Accessible parking is available in all parking lots on a first-come, first-served basis. Once designated accessible spaces are full, guests will be directed to the closest available general parking area.

Accessible Seating

Accessible seating is available throughout the 100, Club, and 300 sections. These seats may be purchased by individuals needing accessible seating or someone buying on their behalf. Tickets are sold on a first-come, first-served basis.

For wheelchair users and mobility devices: the most convenient sections are 105, 115, 125, and 130 in the lower bowl — all close to elevators at every entry gate, with accessible restrooms on the same concourse and concession access without stairs. When booking, request ADA seating directly; it isn’t always shown on standard seat maps. Call the box office or text the Guest Services line below.

For limited mobility (stairs are difficult): Cox Business Club / Field Club (C124-C132) is the best choice — one-floor entry with no stairs to your seat, an indoor lounge to sit between plays, and dedicated nearby restrooms. If premium pricing isn’t an option, look for aisle seats in the back of the lower bowl 100s (row 18+) for shorter, easier exits than the upper bowl.

Sections to avoid with mobility limitations: the upper bowl generally (steep climbs, narrow aisles, a long way back to elevators), front rows of corner sections 101, 111, 133, and 141 (deceptively steep aisles), and standing-room areas like Toyota Terrace and the Supporters Section.

For sensory sensitivity: the lower bowl gets loud during goal celebrations and touchdowns. Upper bowl back rows, away from the speaker stacks, tend to be quieter — noise-canceling headphones help. The Parents’ Rooms below also double as a quiet retreat if things get overwhelming.

Assisted Listening Devices (ALD)

Available for free checkout at Guest Services locations behind Sections 101, 114, 135, and 328. Please note: a valid driver’s license, state-issued ID, or credit/debit card matching the ID name must be provided as a security deposit.

First Aid

Two First Aid stations are located at the Southwest corner of the Main Concourse (behind Sections 223/224) and on the Upper Concourse (behind Section 328).

Quiet Spaces & Parents’ Rooms

Need a quiet space? Our Parents’ Rooms offer a private and calm environment for nursing parents, guests with infants, or anyone seeking a break from the excitement. Locations: Southwest Concourse, just north of the Pepsi Zone (Section C223), Northwest Concourse, south of the merchandise container (LB234), Across from Section 141 near the Dos Equis Bar, Near Section 332.

Family restrooms, which are gender-neutral, can be found near Sections: 101, 105, 108, 115, 122, 135, 141, and 326.

Service Animals

Service animals and service animals in training are welcome. As per ADA regulations, service animals must be individually trained to perform tasks related to a guest’s disability. Emotional support animals and pets are not permitted inside the stadium.
