There are five gates to enter Snapdragon Stadium.

Trolley to Snapdragon Stadium

San Diego’s green line provides direct Trolley Service to Snapdragon Stadium.

If you do need to drive, consider taking advantage of the many trolley park and ride lots throughout San Diego.

Coaster

Take the Coaster to Snapdragon Stadium! The Coaster chugs reliably down the Southern California coast and will get you as close as Old Town. From there, take the Trolley (Green Line) a few stops and you are ready to rock. Coming from further north? Hop on Amtrak’s Pacific Surfliner train (Website). What’s the difference? The Coaster is a local commuter train providing service between Oceanside and San Diego. The tickets are cheaper than Amtrak. In either case, check the schedule and make sure you have a plan in advance to get home.

Post-Game Traffic & Gridlock

Traffic exiting the parking lots into the Mission Valley area can be thick, especially after major, sold-out concerts and events. Out the main gate, too many cars spill through roads gated by traffic lights, including Ubers and Lyfts and pedestrians on foot. For SDSU Aztecs football games, this means be careful during the Tier 1 weekends (UCLA, Boise State). Do your best to plan ahead and be patient.

• Instead of Friars Road, aim for Mission Village Drive to I-15 and I-805.
• Use the Southeast exit of the Orange Lot to Rancho Mission Road.
