Snapdragon Stadium Digital Ticket & Account Manager Guide

The Snapdragon Stadium Account Manager is your central hub for managing SDSU Aztecs season tickets and single-game tickets. Use this guide to seamlessly access, transfer, save, or resell your digital tickets for events at Snapdragon Stadium.

1. Accessing Your Digital Tickets

Snapdragon Stadium operates as a fully digital ticketing venue. You can access your tickets on your mobile device through two methods:

  • Mobile Web Browser: Visit the official Snapdragon Stadium Account Manager on your phone’s browser and log in with your account credentials.
  • Official Team/Venue App: Download and log into the official SDSU Aztecs or team app associated with your event, then navigate to the “Tickets” section.

2. Adding Tickets to Apple Wallet or Google Wallet

To ensure a smooth entry at the gate, add your tickets to your smartphone’s digital wallet before arriving at the stadium.

Important Warning: Cellular network congestion near stadium gates often causes slow load times or temporary connection loss. Screenshots of barcodes are not accepted for entry. Downloading your tickets to Apple Wallet or Google Wallet in advance guarantees offline access and immediate scanning at entry.

3. Transferring Tickets Step-by-Step

If you are attending with a group or sending tickets to a friend, follow these steps to transfer them digitally:

  1. Log into the Snapdragon Stadium Account Manager on your mobile device or computer.
  2. Select the event and tap or click Transfer.
  3. Select the specific seat(s) you wish to transfer.
  4. Enter the recipient’s name and mobile phone number or email address.
  5. Confirm and send the transfer link. The recipient will receive an invitation to accept the tickets into their own Ticketmaster account.

4. Reselling Tickets via Ticketmaster

If you cannot attend an event, you can list your verified tickets for sale safely through the platform:

  1. Log into your Account Manager account.
  2. Select the event and choose Sell.
  3. Select the tickets you want to list and set your asking price.
  4. Choose your preferred payout method (direct deposit or debit card) and list the tickets. Once sold, the tickets are automatically delivered to the buyer, and your payment is processed.
